BIOGRAPHY
Initially, the band played as a backing band for the blues musicians
who were brought to Europe by the organizer Rolf Schubert. The first
record was made with "Live" in 1980. Since then, numerous recordings
have been released, which have made the band the longest-running and
most successful German blues band.
Currently (2016) the following musicians are members of the Blues
Company: The band founder Todor "Toscho" Todorovic sings and plays the
guitar. Mike Titré, who has been with the band since 1980, can also be
heard as a singer and guitarist, and occasionally plays the harmonica.
Arnold Ogrodnik has been playing keyboard and bass since May 2008.
Florian Schaube has been the band's drummer since 2000. The Fabulous
BC Horns have been part of the wind section since 1999; they currently
consist of Uwe Nolopp, trumpet and Volker Winck, saxophone.
